Replace double saving to render markdown content.

Due to the dynamic markdown tags (i.e. pieces of magic markdown which require access to the database on their first rendering), there is a rather awkward system of double saving entries.
This can been seen in both the Entry and Project model's save methods, and I am hopeful there is a more graceful solution.
