Allow line numbering in syntax snippets.

Syntax highlighting can be improved in an additional number of ways:
1. Allow line numbering.
2. Handle 4 indented syntax blocks more intelligently.

This is now supported. The formating of the table line numbering is not quite right (the line numbers are a few pixels, maybe four?, below the line they are numbering), but the inlined is correct (although, not copy-paste friendly, arg).
Syntax is:
@@ python table
use the table line numbering for this
@@
@@ python inline
use the inlined numbering
@@
@@ python
this still works too
