Refactor LFE components into widgets.

LFE has many reused components that must be refactored.
In particular the small file chooser, the body editor, and the title selector.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Refactored the body editing portion into a widget, but beyond that widgeting will be a piece by piece battle, and not suitable to being done all at once.
